Research Areas

The main research interests in my lab are concerned with development of biomedical drugs for neuronal diseases, including computer-aided structural optimizations of antibody drugs, artificial intelligence based design of genetic drugs, and design of new therapeutic drug vehicles to improve the efficiency of drugs. The diseases that we are currently studing are neuronal disorders, such as Alzheimer Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and Huntington Disease, etc. The projects in the lab utilized the state-of-the-art computational approach to solve the problems in preclinical biomedical drug development.
